Weekly Wrap Up 03/06/19

I didn’t get much reading done last week, somehow the time just slipped away from me. Hopefully next week will be more successful.

Read Last Week:

  I’m really enjoying reading Russian literature at the moment, and I read that this is the grandfather of the Russian novel, so I picked up a copy. It’s a novel written in poetic form, so it’s quick and easy to read even with the slightly archaic language. The description of scenery and emotions are brilliant.

Currently Reading:

A YA mystery novel, I’m borrowing a proof copy from a friend and so far I’m loving it! Also has LGBTQ+ and mental health rep.

I’m listening to this fascinating novel on audiobook on my commute to and from work. It’s really interesting, although so far there hasn’t been much about Harper Lee herself.
