Hello everyone, as we reach half way through 2020 (thank goodness) I thought I would wrap up my reading year so far.
I have read a lot of books so far this year, this is my best reading year I’ve had since I started this blog, and I thought I would wrap up the first 6 months in categories, otherwise we would be here forever! So please enjoy my YA Faves!

This is one of my favourite books I have read in 2020, a combination of Zombies and gay romance, it’s all my favourite things in one! The characters and the romance are so soft and sweet in the novel, but the addition of zombies is amazing!
I read a digital proof of this novel in April, it’s a LGBTQ+ fantasy novel set in Revolutionary Paris, and it is absolutely brilliant. The female/female romance is one of my favourites in YA.
This is an Own Voices YA Fantasy which is Latinx-inspired. It has a hate to love romance which is so slow burning, and an awesome thief main character. I loved it!
Another YA fantasy, this one inspired by the Spanish Inquisition, and it has so many twists and turns! My heart was broken, and the ending!!! SO amazing!
I have been using my library’s digital catalogue during the lockdown, and one of the first books I borrowed was this one! I had heard so many good things about Melinda Salisbury’s works, and this one is amazing!!
A new release inspired by West African culture, this is an amazing hate to love magical novel which I listened to on Scribd and would highly recommend!
