Floating Hotel by Grace Curtis

This is one of my most anticipated reads of 2024, and I was so excited to get a proof copy from Hodderscape. This is described as The Grand Budapest Hotel in space, and it is so good! It’s got a mystery that ruins through the novel too, which really keeps the reader locked in! I loved it.

Paws by Kate Foster

This sweet middle grade novel was recommended to me by one of my work colleagues, and I loved it. It’s a lovely heartwarming tale of friendship, dogs and being yourself. A perfect middle grade contemporary!

Currently Reading

Saltblood by Francesca De Tores

I have heard so many good things about this historical novel reimagining the life of a female pirate! I love everything pirates, so I jumped to request this one from Bloomsbury! It’s excellent so far!

In Ascension by Martin MacInnes

This is my audiobook of choice at the moment, it’s a fascinating fiction novel which I think is going to get quite sci-fi later on! I’m enjoying it a lot so far!

Currently Watching

Warrior Nun

I have been recommended this show by a few people, and I finally got around to watching it. It is brilliant, and definitely up my street. I’m just sad there’s only 2 seasons!!
