Babel by R.F. Kuang
This is one of my most anticipated reads of 2022, and I was very excited to get access to an e-ARC! I loved this book so much, its a dark academia novel packed full of magic, it’s moving and thought-provoking, highly recommend grabbing it when its released!

Frankenstein by Junji Ito
I finished the week with this horror manga from the master of this genre Junji Ito. This is a great manga, Frankenstein is the main story but there are also 6 additional short stories, which I think are actually better (and scarier!) than Frankenstein itself!

Currently Reading

The Unchosen by Katharyn Blair
I’ve had this book on my TBR for a few years, and decided this was the time to pick it up! It’s a YA dystopian novel where a plague has turned most people into hungry bloodthirsty monsters. So far, its interesting!

The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien
This is my current audiobook read which is also a re-read for me! I love this series for a comfortable fantasy series, so enjoying listening to this one!

Stranger Things Season 1
I started this show due to the hype about Season 4, and I’m liking it. I was worried I might be too scared for it, but I’m coping!! I’m definitely going to continue the series!
