February Wrap Up

Wednesday, 5 March 2014
Hi guys, I hope you had a good month, sorry this is going up a little late. These are all the books I read in February.

The first book I read in February was Burn by Julianna Baggott. I received an e-arc of this novel from Net Galley. I really enjoyed this novel, it was a spectacular ending to one of my favourite series. I gave this book 5/5 and you can check out my review here
The next novel I read last month was Shutter Island by Dennis Lehane. This is a crime/thriller novel, which was made into a movie starring Leonardo DiCaprio. I really enjoyed this novel, it was creepy and had an ace plot twist towards the end! I gave this novel 5/5.
Another book I read in February was Partials by Dan Wells. This is another dystopian novel which I read on my Kindle. I thought it was an ok read, it was quite predictable, it was quite similar to a lot of other YA dystopian novels out at the moment, but it was still enjoyable. I gave this book 3.5/5 stars, and I may check out the rest of the series at some point.
The last book I read in February was City of Bones by Cassandra Clare. This is the first book in the Mortal Instruments series. I really like the Infernal Devices series, and I have been meaning to check out this book for a while. I finally decided that this month I would get to it. I thought this was a pretty good book, not as good as Clockwork Angel and Clockwork Prince, but enjoyable all the same. I gave this book 4/5 and I hope to read the rest of the series pretty soon.

These were all the books I read in February, my March TBR should be up in the next couple of days.
Happy Reading.
